Scout Sniper

This is pretty outdated but I still use most of it because I am lazy. Just figured I would repost it since nsaney.com is gone for now. Hopefully I can get it back up eventually. But this thing is cheap and pretty easy to get.

This is what we are
running, dependent upon your preference SC can be changed some can max out
shield bonus and drop thrust if needed, or whatever but it works, a note on the
cast speed, , we run
aug dex2 for 408 dex so dont even need any cast speed, with 3% you will need
402 to cap out, only downside to the briton, you will need aug dex 3 and 15 at
creation to be at 398 dex, ad4 will put you there at 410, at 398 dex you would
need 5% cast speed so perhaps try to alter the temp a bit, maybe a bracer of
heavenly bodies over cyclone, but it would be preference. -Whorship
