Kinda funny how the largest portion of it is due to George W. Bush policies and the republicans who green stamped those policies. A lot of those same republicans are now holding raising the debt ceiling hostage so they can attack the social safety nets and many other things that help Americans. It's time to make the republicans do what is right for America. The Bush tax giveaway to the rich must end.
